KSCC Specialty License Plate Program

Show your club pride and order a plate today. Besides your Corvette you can put these plates on your daily ride. Plates can be used on automobiles, trucks and motor homes with gross vehicle weights below 9,000 lbs.

How to apply:

	Applicant must be a member of Keystone State Corvette Club
	Print application MV-904SP (11-05) below.
	Complete section A & D
	Make out two checks. One for $20 payable to Keystone State Corvette Club and a second payable to The Commonwealth of PA Bureau of Motor Vehicle for $20 plus $1.50 for each additional registration card.
	Bring application and checks to a monthly meeting or mail to:
