been great
Dear KSCC members
Diane and I want to thank you for all the fun you have
given us over the past year. As some of you know we bought a place in FL, and
we have decided to retire and relocate. We leave for our new life version
3.0 this Thursday. We are very excited. We hope we will find great Corvette
friends in the Tampa area who have as much fun as we did here in
Chester County.
So to all my Corvette friends, take care

Thanks Guy for a fun excursion to
Contemporary Corvette.
We had a wonderful breakfast at Bob Evans then at 9:20 AM we departed for
Contemporary Corvette. This place is truly amazing. They have a large
selection of late generation C3s to C6s. Even if you did not need anything
it was interesting to see a salvage yard with almost exclusively
Corvettes. They also specialize in late model rear drive V8 drive trains
from late model GTOs, Camaros and Cadillacs. These engine/trans combos are
in high demand for modern Rot Rod conversions. More pictures can be found
on the photo album page.
April 4, 2009
Three KSCC members made it to
NJ Motorsport Park for their Drivers Club day. Forty to fifty
Corvettes were there for the event. It was an exciting day starting with a
continental breakfast, paced laps around both tracks, exhibition of "Hot
Laps" by several racers including John Heinricy, membership presentation,
presentation by John Heinricy and ending with some fun laps on the Kart
track. If you are into racing this looks to be an excellent opportunity
close to home.

Greetings...
On March 29th, CCND will begin the start of a wonderful season with our
Clubs yearly Brunch Cruise. Since the
Red Rose Inn is
experiencing many issues, we have changed the venue this year to the "American
Bar and Grill", located on route 1 in
Glen Mills, Pa.
The American Bar and Grill has been voted the best Brunch in
Chester County for
3 years in a row now. The cost is $15.95 per person. We have
reservations for Noon. We will meet at Lantana Square and leave their
promptly at 11:00. and will cruise on up to
Longwood Gardens
where we will join KSCC and cruise the back roads over to The American
Bar and Grill. Their is ample parking available. Their will be a
signup sheet at our March Meeting. I will not be collecting money this
year for the brunch, as many Members may wish to have a drink or 2,
which is not included in the price.
I look forward to another wonderful YEAR , kicking off with our sister
club and enjoying a wonderful afternnon Brunch. Hope to see you their,
and don't forget to signup for the event, either online or at the March
Meeting.!!!!
